Mattes special washing liquid “MELP’ is bio-degradable & specially formulated with highly concentrated washing agents & regreasing properties ideal for sheepskin, washable leather and wool products.

Your usual washing detergents, including Wool washes can possibly harden leather, make wool brittle & matted as well as contain components which are very damaging to sheepskin.

Most Mattes products can be hand washed or machine wash at 30 degrees Celsius or less. Washing above 30 degrees Celsius will cause shrinkage to your products

For extending the life and quality of Mattes sheepskin products we highly recommend to use MELP.

Returns are accepted within 21 days of the date of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached. You can return it for an exchange or refund - shipping costs are not refundable.

Special offers/clearance bin items/2nd hand items & custom orders are exempt from this policy but talk to us for other options that may be available.
